History & Influences :

Band formed just 6 months ago by recruiting members from ALL over the country. Guitarist found second guitarist by living in same town, then through the power of myspace and word of mouth, recruited a drummer from Philly, an RNB inspired singer from CT, and a bass player from LA. Influences include everyone from dancy bands like Cobra Starship, Metro Station, to Michael Jackson, and 80's synth bands!

Where we've played :

Blast Rocks Midtown! is making their mark in NJ right now and starting to branch off to NYC. They also have a big following in Philly and CT, because their band members reside in those areas. Some of their favorite spots played are Maxwells, School of Rock, Monmouth County University, Bowery Poetry Club, but are looking to play anywhere!
